The Ministry of Construction prepared a draft of a typical state contract for the performance of design and survey works

By the project, the standard contract will be applied with simultaneous observance of two conditions:

a land plot on which design and survey works are carried out, is located on the territory of the Russian Federation;

the object of procurement are works assigned to codes 71.12.3, 71.12.12-71.12.19 of the OKPD2.

The size of the I(M)PC, under which a standard contract will be required, is unlimited.
