A draft of a typical state contract for the construction or reconstruction of a capital construction object was prepared
The standard contract will be applied for the purchase of construction, reconstruction of capital construction projects, including construction and installation, commissioning, supply of materials and equipment and other works that are inextricably linked with the object under construction.
According to the draft, the following code or codes of the OKPD2 are indicated as the subject of the model contract 2:
41.2;
42, except 42.1;
43;
71.12.20.110.
The size of the I(M)PC, under which it will be necessary to use a standard contract, is unlimited. However, the project stipulates that the said contract will not be applied in the course of construction or reconstruction works:
objects of capital construction located on a land plot that is located outside the Russian Federation, as well as on the territory of embassies and consulates;
linear objects of capital construction;
objects of capital construction, in respect of which work is being carried out to preserve the cultural heritage site.
