The Ministry of Finance explained whether it is possible to apply for participation in public procurement from a collective participant

According to the agency, Law No. 44-FZ does not allow such an opportunity.

The right to participate in the competition of a group of citizens who plan to create a work of literature or art jointly by creative work, enshrined in the law, should not be considered a right to file a collective application. In this case, citizens submit one application and are considered one participant.
