The Ministry of Finance explained whether the government customer is entitled to purchase spare parts without maintenance at a unit price

The conclusion of the department concerns the case when the customer wants to purchase only spare parts for vehicles at a unit price and do not purchase technical service or repairs. The number of parts purchased is unknown. As a result of the purchase, the price of each part will be determined, and the contract will also indicate the total price, which can not be exceeded.

According to the agency, such a purchase is not provided for by Law No. 44-FZ.

The conclusion of the Ministry of Finance coincides with the position expressed by the Ministry of Economic Development.
