Purchases by 223-FZ: the list of financial services is approved, the data on purchases of which are not placed in the UIS

The order of the Government, which approved the list, is effective from January 20 to July 1, 2018. The list includes the following financial services:

Banking services;

insurance services;

provision of loans;

provision of sureties;

services on financial leasing (leasing, subleasing).

Recall that there are other lists of services, information about purchases which are not placed in the EIS, although they do not constitute a state secret. For example, in 2017 a similar list of services for the transport of goods of the first class of danger, weapons, weapons and military equipment was approved.
