A contract manager can only be an employee of the state customer

The Ministry of Finance in this issue follows the same position that the Ministry of Economic Development previously occupied.

The financial department also indicated that the head of the customer has the right to fulfill the duties of the contract manager himself, unless another employee has been appointed to this post.

The Finance Ministry reminded that the contract manager, contract service employees should have higher education or additional professional education in the procurement sphere.
