Request for quotation: The Ministry of Finance has explained whether it is possible to change the government contract price

Department has considered a question of application of provisions of item 1 p.1 of Art. 95 of the Law N 44-FZ. They allow to increase or reduce, in particular, the contract price within 10% with proportional change of volume of execution on him.

The considered norm, according to the Ministry of Finance, can't be used concerning the contracts concluded following the results of request for quotation.

Department has quoted item 1 p.1 of Art. 95 of the Law N 44-FZ according to which the possibility of use of this norm in competitive purchase has to be provided in the contract and in documentation on purchase.

Most likely, the following was meant: it is impossible to be guided by the specified point as at request for quotation documentation doesn't prepare.
