Procurement according to 223-FZ: the government will decide when to UIS does not host the data supplier customer

The right to establish the cases when EIS is not placed data on the counterparty customer, the government received 31 December 2017. While it did not.
However, from 7 December 2017 to 1 July 2018, the registry no longer need to send:
the details of the provider, contractor, contractor;
data on subcontractors and the contracts with them.
