The final seminar-meeting with customers on 44-Federal Law was held

On December 12, the State Committee of RT on Procurement, with the organizational support of the State Unitary Enterprise of RT "Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan" held the final free seminar-meeting on "Specifics of Procurement in Accordance with 44 Federal Law of 05.04.2013" On the Contract System in Procurement goods, works, services for provision of state and municipal needs "in 2017".

Deputy Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on procurement I.G. Bagautdinov told about the planned changes in the legislation in the sphere of procurement in 2018, about the established law enforcement practice.

Representatives State Committeeof the RT for Procurement, State Unitary Enterprise of RT "Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan", SBE "Center for Economic and Social Research of the Republic of Tatarstan under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan" talked about the specifics of rationing, conclusion and execution of contracts, as well as qualifications for the contract manager and members of the procurement commission.

The participants of the final seminar-meeting received explanations and answers from experts on the issues of interest.
