A participant can only provide information that will allow him to find an entry in the register of contracts. Federal law No. 44 does not oblige in this case to provide copies of any documents, nor does it establish requirements for the form of information on the availability of data in the register of contracts.

Taking into account the explanations, the participant should specify the register number of the contract, and the customer should not require more in the procurement documentation.

Recall, when initial (maximum) price less than 15 million rubles. the participant has two ways to comply with anti-dumping requirements: to provide increased security for the performance of the contract or to file information about its integrity.
