The Finance Ministry explained how the state customer to issue a supply of goods with improved characteristics

According to the agency, if the supplier, in agreement with the customer, delivers goods whose quality and characteristics are better than those specified in the contract, the parties should conclude an additional agreement. It should reflect the changes in the provisions of the contract in terms of quality and characteristics of the delivered goods.

The Ministry referred to the provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation on the form of an agreement to amend the contract.

Recall, under the Law No. 44-Federal law, information on the changes in the contract should be sent to the register of contracts within three working days from the date of the amendment.
