Advance payments on state contracts and contracts of budgetary and autonomous institutions will be settled

The deputies considered in final reading the draft law on which such institutions, when included in the contract (agreement), conditions for advance payment will have to comply with legal acts for budget recipients.

Now there are no such duties for budgetary and autonomous institutions in the legislation. At the federal level, the founders must require that advances in agency contracts do not exceed the limit values. Similar provisions are stipulated in legal acts of a number of subjects of the Russian Federation and municipal formations.
