Increase the penalties for executors on the state defense order

FAS proposes to amend Part 2.1 of Article 14.55 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.

Specialists of the antimonopoly service propose to increase the penalty for executives of the main executives under the state defense order - from 50,000 to 100,000 rubles. Now the penalty is from 30 000 to 50 000 rubles.

 Recall that the responsibility of the head executor comes because he violated the terms and order of payment for goods, works, services for state needs under the state defense order and untimely transferred advance payments to organizations that are part of the cooperation.
