According to the Federal Law "About Contractual System in the Sphere of Procurement of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring State and Municipal Needs" of 05.04.2013 No. 44, the customer is obliged to conduct an examination of the results of the contract.
He can do it on his own, or he can attract outside experts. The Ministry of Justice proposes to unify the form of expertise and oblige the authorized persons of the customers to sign on the conclusions of the examinations in any case.
The administrative liability for a false imprisonment will be in the form of a fine of 10,000 rubles, a criminal penalty - up to 1 year of imprisonment.

The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has announced an electronic auction for the purchase of 10 passenger cars. The customer is MCU "Organizer of urban parking space". The initial maximum contract price is more than 24.4 million rubles. Financing is provided from the municipal budget.
