The Ministry of Health approved the schedule for the localization of the production of copper products from PVC

The Ministry of Health approved the schedule, which implements the localization program for the production of PVC medallions. The participants of the program will receive preferences in procurement.

According to the schedule, the program participants will:

- supply medizdeliya - from 2017 to 2024;

- to issue registration certificates - from 2017 to 2022;

- approve the technological processes of production and formalize the rights to technological and design documentation for the production of copper products - from 2017 to 2020;

- provide technical and technological equipment - from 2017 to 2024;

- to receive certificates on the origin of goods in the form of ST-1 - from 2017 to 2023; to produce medizdeliya - from 2017 to 2024;

- receive documents that the production meets GOST ISO 13485-2011, - from 2017 to 2024;

- conduct technological audit - from 2017 to 2024;

- to conclude licensing agreements for the materials that were produced within the framework of the complex project - from 2017 to 2021;

- to introduce technological processes of packaging automation - from 2017 to 2024; - to form the final indicators of the implementation of the integrated project - until 2024.

Customers in the purchase of disposable medicinal plastics from plastic will give preferences to suppliers, which in 2017-2024 implement complex projects to expand and localize production. If the application has been submitted by at least one such supplier, the remaining applications are rejected by the customer. The purchase of foreign medical products from PVC limited - included in the list of the Government of the Russian Federation from February 5, 2015 No. 102.
