It is necessary to demand an extract from the SRO register during the state purchases of works related to the capital construction project

The extract confirms the membership in the SRO. It is obligatory for admission to procurement of works on construction, reconstruction, overhaul of capital construction objects, the FAS points out.

However, the customer does not have the right to require that the extract indicate the types of work that a participant can perform. For violation of the customer's official can be fined 3 thousand rubles.

Recall, an extract from the register of members of the SRO is not needed, if the initial (maximum) price does not exceed 3 million rubles. In addition, the extract is not required to represent individual participants.
