The Ministry of Industry and Trade changes the standard contracts. The amendments are related to new penalties for customers and counterparties, which were approved by the Government.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade will change the terms of the three standard contracts:
- On exhibitions and fairs;
- maintenance and repair of transport;
- supply of radio electronic, shipbuilding, aviation equipment.
In the section "Responsibility of the parties", the department will include fines, which now need to be calculated in accordance with Government Decree No. 1042 of August 30, 2017. The current version of the standard contracts indicates the amount of fines and the procedure for calculating penalties from Government Decree No. 1063 of November 25, 2013, which is not Effective September 9, 2017.
To apply standard contracts in a new edition follows 30 days after the Ministry of Industry and Trade publishes contracts in the EIS (clause 15 of the Rules of the RF Government Decree of July 2, 2014 No. 606).
