Information in the register of participants in the budget process will be made according to the new rules

The Treasury Department opens personal accounts and enters information into the register about legal entities that execute contracts, but do not participate in the budget process, as well as participants in the budget process.

The Ministry of Finance changes the rules on which the registry is maintained. Legal entities will provide the Treasury with information and documents on contracts concluded with subcontractors. It is necessary to open a personal account for a subcontractor. After that, the Treasury makes an organization that does not participate in the budget process, in the register. If within the framework of the state contract budgetary authority will be transferred to the municipal entity, city or rural settlement with an administrative status, information on the transfer of budgetary authority will also be added to the register. Thus, the Ministry of Finance specifies the procedure in which the Treasury keeps a register of participants in the budget process and organizations that do not participate in the budget process. Organizations - non-participants in the budget process open accounts in the Treasury to fulfill the requirements for treasury support of contracts.
