The court assured the customers of the 223-Federal Law that it was lawful to require the participant to submit data on sub-suppliers

The AC of the Moscow District stressed: the procurement participants submit information about the sub-suppliers according to the form established in the documentation. It must be filled in the case when subcontractors are not involved. The form should apply to all participants, so the requirement to submit it does not restrict competition.

Last year, the district court already held a similar "position", which was supported by the RF Supreme Court in the refusal.
