The government changed the requirements for participants of the competitions on 44-Federal law for the supply of food products

Since August 16, state customers must to re-formulate the requirements for the procurement participants in a new way. If the competition is announced before this date, no changes to the documentation will be required.

The amendments concern tenders with limited participation in the provision of services in the field of public catering or the supply of food products, or both.

The participant of such a purchase will have to provide copies of the following documents for confirmation of the experience:

- the executed contract under 44-Federal Law or the contract on 223-Federal Law;

- the acceptance document.

Information about the contract should be in the register of contracts, and on the contract - in the register of contracts.
