FAS has explained how to establish to the state customer requirements to a residual expiration date of medical products

Follows from explanations of antimonopoly service:
- the residual expiration date should be proved. He can't exceed the planned period of use of a medical product. It is possible to depart from the last rule for the objective reasons;
- term should be determined as the concrete period or date;
- it isn't necessary to establish term as a percentage;
- it is possible to include in the description of term of the word "not less";
- it is impossible to demand from participants to specify term in the application.
