If the contract price on 223-FZ exceeds 100 thousand rubles, Data on purchase should be placed in EIS

Has drawn such conclusion of the Ministry of Economic Development for cases when within the contract additional agreements are provided, and as a result of its cost I became more than 100 thousand rubles.
Earlier department expressed similar opinion in relation to a situation when several contracts within one purchase which total cost at the end of the financial year exceeds 100 thousand rubles are signed.
In the new letter, as before, department has proved the opinion by provisions of the Law N 223-FZ. According to them the customer has the right not to place in a unified information system of the data on purchase of goods, works or services which cost doesn't exceed 100 thousand rubles. Respectively, if excess is, data on purchase need to be placed in EIS.
We will remind, besides the customer "has to send" the specified data to the register of contracts.
The violator who hasn't placed information on purchase in EIS "is threatened by a penalty". For officials he makes from 30 thousand to 50 thousand rubles, and for legal persons - from 100 thousand to 300 thousand rubles.
