The government determined federal state unitary enterprise which will continue to carry out all purchases under the Law N 223-FL

Since January 1 the order which approved the list federal state unitary enterprise which will still be able to conduct procurement under the Law N 223-FL works. The list included 64 entities.

At the unitary enterprises which aren't included in the government list, since new year an opportunity "to be bought" under the Law N 223-FL remains only in two cases:

- purchase is financed by grants. It is about grants which are donated and irretrievable by citizens, legal persons, and also the international organizations. The last shall acquire the right to provision of grants in Russia. Also subsidies and grants which are provided on a competitive basis from budgets mean if the grantor didn't establish other;

- the entity - the contractor under the contract attracts the third parties. It doesn't concern the contracts with the unique supplier signed based on acts of the president or the government.

In all other situations the unitary enterprises which didn't enter the government list are obliged to carry out purchases under the Law N 44-FL.
