Apastovo gathered 200 procurement specialists at zonal seminars
Zonal seminars and meetings for customers and suppliers were held in Apastovo, organized by the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan in cooperation with the Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan. The events brought together about 200 specialists from eight municipal districts of the republic.
"Zonal seminars have become an important part of improving competencies in the field of public procurement in Tatarstan. In 2024-2025, we have covered all municipal districts, building a direct dialogue with market participants and creating a platform for lively discussion of topical issues," said Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the RT State Procurement Committee.
The event was also attended by Airat Ziganshin, Head of the Apastovsky district, and Yakov Geller, General Director of the Agency for State Procurement of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The seminar program covered the main topics. For customers, we analyzed innovations in legislation, the national regime, standard contracts, the practice of the Federal Antimonopoly Service and typical mistakes. Suppliers, in turn, focused on discussing business support measures, rules for working with contracts, as well as issues related to the register of unfair suppliers (RNP) and penalties.
As a result, the students received up-to-date information about the innovations and were able to ask questions to the experts. It is planned that the next zonal seminars will be held in Kazan.
