Competition on inclusion in a personnel reserve

1. The state committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on purchases announces competition on inclusion in a personnel allowance on group of positions of public service: To the senior group of positions · Department of the analysis and ensuring centralized purchases - 1 piece.  
Qualification requirements:

- availability of higher education;

- qualification requirements to years of service of public service or years of service (experience) of occupational work, the direction of preparation for replacement of positions of public service of the senior and younger groups of positions of public service aren't established.

2. For participation in tender the citizen needs to submit the following documents:
a) application in person;

b) with own hand completed and signed questionnaire in the form approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 26, 2005 No. 667-r;

c) the passport copy or the document replacing it (the relevant document is shown personally on arrival on tender);

d) the copy of the service record (except as specified when office (labor) activities are performed for the first time) or other documents confirming labor (office) activity of the citizen;

e) copies of education documents and about qualification, and also at the request of the citizen of the copy of the documents confirming the increase or assignment of qualification by results of additional professional education, documents on assignment of an academic degree, an academic status certified notarially or personnel service on a place of employment (service);

e) the copy of the insurance certificate of mandatory pension insurance, except as specified, when office (labor) activities are performed for the first time;

g) the copy of the certificate on statement of physical person on accounting in tax authority at the place of residence in the territory of the Russian Federation;

h) documents of military accounting - for the citizens staying in an inventory and the persons which are subject to conscription;

i) data on the income, on property and liabilities of property nature;

j) the document on absence at the citizen of the disease interfering revenues to civil service or its passing.

3. Documents acceptance is performed: daily from 08-00 h to 16:30 h, on Friday from 08:00 h till 15:30 (a break from 12:45 till 13:30) except days off (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays, to the address: Kazan, Peterburgskaya St., 86, kab.407, ph. 212-28-70.

4. The beginning of documents acceptance for participation in tender: 17.08.2016, the termination – 06.09.2016.

5. Preliminary date of tender: 19.09.2016.
