The president of the Russian Federation V. V. Putin has approved the National plan of counteraction of corruption for 2016 - 2017

The decree of the President of the Russian Federation from 4/1/2016 years No. 147 "About the National plan of counteraction of corruption for 2016 - 2017".

This Decree it is recommended to the highest officials (heads of the supreme executive bodies of the government) of subjects of the Russian Federation and heads of local governments, being guided by National strategy of counteraction of the corruption approved by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of April 13, 2010 No. 460, and the National plan of counteraction of corruption for 2016 - 2017 to provide introduction till June 1, 2016 into regional anti-corruption programs and anti-corruption programs (plans for corruption counteraction) of public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation, and also local governments in which such plans are available of the changes directed to achievement of concrete results in work on the prevention of corruption, minimization and (or) mitigation of consequences of corruption offenses and also control over the implementation of the actions provided by these programs (plans).

The main actions of the National plan of counteraction of corruption for 2016 - 2017 are:

improvement of mechanisms of control of expenses and addresses to the income of the state of property concerning which the data confirming his acquisition on the lawful income, provided by the Federal law of December 3, 2012 No. 230-FL "About control of compliance of expenses of the persons replacing the state positions, and other persons to their income" aren't submitted;

increase of efficiency of counteraction of corruption in federal executive authorities and government bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, activization of activities of divisions of federal government bodies and bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation for prevention of corruption and other offenses, and also the commissions on coordination of work on counteraction of corruption in subjects of the Russian Federation;

increase of efficiency of counteraction of corruption at implementation of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs;

strengthening of influence of ethical and ethical standards on observance by the persons replacing the state positions of the Russian Federation, the state positions of subjects of the Russian Federation, municipal positions, positions of the public and municipal service, the bans, restrictions and requirements established for corruption counteraction;

expansion of use of mechanisms of the international cooperation for identification, arrest and return from foreign jurisdictions of the assets received as a result of commission of crimes of a corruption orientation;

increase of efficiency of the information and propaganda and educational measures directed to creation in the society of the atmosphere of intolerance to corruption manifestations.

Full and timely implementation of provisions the National plan of counteraction of corruption for 2016 - 2017 will allow to reduce significantly corruption level in various spheres of public life.
