The state committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on purchases within the summary report has summed up the results of anti-corruption work for 2015

The summary report on the carried-out anti-corruption work in the State committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on purchases (further – the State committee) is posted on the website of the State committee 03.02.2016 year.

Following the results of the carried-out work in the sphere of counteraction to corruption manifestations by the State committee the following results are achieved:

- Total of the local regulations of the State committee in the sphere of counteraction of corruption adopted in 2015 – 2. Also for a legal regulation of activities for synthesis of addresses of the citizens who have come to the State committee the order of the chairman of the State committee from 7/6/2015 years N 04-14-87 regulating the order of carrying out the analysis of addresses of citizens establishing frequency, a technique, and also obligatory requirements to contents of such analysis is approved.

- The section "Corruption Counteraction" of the official site of the State committee contains all necessary information provided by the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan from 4/4/2013 year N 225 "About the approval of Uniform requirements to placement and filling of sections of the official sites of executive bodies of the government of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Internet concerning corruption counteraction".

- In 2015 the State committee has carried out 11 anti-corruption expertizes, including, 8 anti-corruption examinations of drafts of resolutions of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan and 3 anti-corruption examinations of drafts of orders of the chairman of the State committee. All drafts of resolutions of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan are placed in the subsection "Independent Anti-corruption Examination of the Regulations and Their Projects Developed by Government Body" of the section "Corruption Counteraction" of the official site of the State committee.

- For an exception of corruptogenic factors when carrying out purchases the Plan of work of Public council at the State committee for 2016 has included actions for development of institute of public controllers in the sphere of the government and municipal procurement, and also on the organization of further work on participation of members of Public council at the State committee in the organizations of counteraction of corruption. For assistance of public work on counteraction of corruption the structure of the Commission at the chairman of the State committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on purchases on counteraction of corruption has included 2 representatives of Public council to the State committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on purchases. The state committee carries out preliminary announcement of the forthcoming meetings of the Commission. Protocols of meetings of the Commission are placed in the corresponding subsection of the section "Corruption Counteraction" of the official site of the State committee.

- Results of execution of a state program "Realization of anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2020" are quarterly considered at meetings of the Commission at the chairman of the State committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on purchases on corruption counteraction.
