It will be necessary to notify on purchase of the only supplier prosecutor's office.

The duty is offered to be established if purchase is carried out at the only supplier (the contractor, the performer) because of accident, other emergency situations of natural or technogenic character, force majeure circumstances or need to render the emergency (urgent) medical aid.

It will be necessary to report about purchase no later than two working days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.  It is necessary to direct the copy of the contract with justification of its conclusion together with the notice, and also the copy of the document on introduction of state of emergency. Besides, customers will have to include these documents in the register of contracts.

Now only the control body is notified on similar purchases.
