In the schedule must specify approximate the initial maximum price contract. The customer generates a given price on the basis of limits of budgetary obligations, including taking into account expert assessments. It means, that in the absence of limits to the customer is not possible to complete the relevant part of the schedule and, as a consequence, to be purchased.
