Seminars will be held for specialists in property and land relations
In October 2026, the heads and specialists of the chambers of property and land relations of Tatarstan municipalities will be trained. The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has posted information about an open tender for the provision of services for organizing and conducting training seminars. The customer is the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic.
1.17 million rubles have been allocated for the seminars. The training is designed for at least 90 students who will complete two courses of 10 academic hours each in a full-time format using a mobile educational platform.
Students will study changes in land legislation, the practice of land redistribution, issues of changing the permitted use of land, as well as the specifics of the application of the law on the support of the NSR and the mechanisms of land acquisition for the integrated development of territories. The training will end with a discussion on topical issues.
The contractor must ensure the involvement of federal expert candidates, provide premises, necessary equipment, handouts, and organize coffee breaks. At the end of the training, all participants will receive electronic certificates.
