The government has expanded the list of restricted goods

Decree No. 777 of the Government of the Russian Federation dated June 23, 2026, amending the procedure for granting national treatment for procurement under 44-FZ and 223-FZ, has been published.

The document supplements the list of foreign goods subject to purchase restrictions with the item "Ferrous metal ropes without electrical insulation" (OKPD2 25.93.11.120).

The resolution comes into force 7 days after its official publication and applies to purchases, notices of which are posted in the Unified Information System, and invitations have been sent since July 1, 2026.
