Expobank is excluded from the list of banks for securing applications under 44-FZ

The Government of the Russian Federation has excluded Expobank JSC from the list of banks authorized to open special accounts to secure applications for electronic procedures under Law No. 44-FZ.

The changes came into force on June 20, 2026. Procurement participants should take into account the current list of authorized banks when working with special accounts to secure applications.
