More than 18,000 contracts have been signed with small businesses in Tatarstan
In 2026, Tatarstan continues to increase cooperation with small business entities (SMEs) and socially oriented non-profit organizations (non-profit organizations). Since the beginning of the year, 18.4 thousand contracts have been signed with the NSR for a total amount of 25 billion rubles.
Since the beginning of the year, the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has placed 232 purchases, of which 163 (70%) were carried out with advantages from SMP and SONO.
The largest contract awarded by the State Committee in 2026 was signed with a Kazan small business entity (SUN COM LLC). The contractor supplied 4,660 printers in the amount of 223.8 million rubles for the needs of the GBU Republican Center for Monitoring the Quality of Education. This is one of the examples demonstrating the participation of small businesses in major projects in the republic.
During the same period of 2025, the number of contracts with the NSR exceeded 15.6 thousand. In 2026, this figure increased by 18%.
"We see that cooperation with small businesses is becoming a sustainable practice. Not only the number of contracts is growing, but also their quality — small enterprises actively participate in large—scale purchases, confirming their reliability," commented Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the RT State Procurement Committee.
