The government has tightened the requirements for localization of composite materials
The Russian government has made changes to the rules for confirming the production of industrial products on the territory of the Russian Federation. The document adds new positions in the field of composite materials to the list of products that can be recognized as Russian.
The list includes:
laminates made of polymer composites for external reinforcement of building structures
carbon fabrics, nets, harnesses
carbon fiber tapes
A threshold of 90 points is set for each of them for performing technological operations in Russia.
In addition, the requirements for products with the code 28.22.16.111 have been tightened. Starting from January 1, 2027, it will take at least 135 points instead of the current 120 to be recognized as Russian.
The resolution comes into force on the day of its official publication, with the exception of the new product requirements 28.22.16.111, which will become effective on January 1, 2027.
