The Ministry of Construction has approved the composition of information for registers of permits for construction and commissioning of facilities

The Agency has established the composition of information to be included in the registers of building permits and for the commissioning of capital construction facilities.

The order approved two lists:

register of building permits (information about the developer, the capital construction facility, the land plot, project documentation, the results of the expert examination and environmental assessment, as well as the design characteristics of the facility)

register of permits for the commissioning of facilities (actual indicators of the constructed facility and information about the technical plan)

The order comes into force on September 1, 2026.
