A competition has been announced for the implementation of complex cadastral works in the amount of more than 2.7 million rubles.
The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has placed an open tender in electronic form for the implementation of complex cadastral works of regional importance. The customer is the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of Tatarstan. The initial (maximum) contract price is 2.7 million rubles, the initial price per unit of work (cadastral quarter) is 340 thousand rubles.
The tender provides for the mandatory involvement by the contractor of subcontractors from among small businesses and socially oriented non-profit organizations in the amount of at least 30% of the contract price.
During the work, the boundaries of land plots will be clarified, the location of buildings and structures will be established, registry errors will be corrected, and new land plots will be formed. Based on the results, maps and plans of the territory will be prepared for subsequent entry of information into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
Comprehensive cadastral works have been carried out in Tatarstan since 2022 as part of the implementation of the state program "National Spatial Data System" on the terms of co-financing from the federal and republican budgets. Their implementation makes it possible to improve the quality of spatial data and promotes the rational use of land.
Applications for participation are accepted until March 11, 2026.
