Tatarstan is preparing to welcome tourists in 2026
The RT State Procurement Committee has placed an electronic auction for the provision of services to ensure the operation of a tourist information point in Kazan, as well as the operation of information desks at Kazan International Airport and in multifunctional areas on the M-12 highway. The customer is the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Tourism. The initial (maximum) contract price is 4.66 million rubles.
The project is aimed at creating a comfortable and accessible environment for the guests of the republic. Information desks and points will be decorated using the Visit Tatarstan brandbook and equipped with printing materials in Russian, Tatar and English. Among the planned publications are tourist maps of Kazan, Veliky Bolgar, the island-city of Sviyazhsk, Yelabuga, Chistopol, Tetyush and Alekseevsky district.
The contract provides for the manufacture and installation of information and information desks at the airport and in three multifunctional areas of the M-12 highway, the equipment of a tourist information point on Bauman Street with furniture and appliances, as well as the printing and distribution of about 192 thousand copies of maps and brochures with the sights of the republic in three languages. Tourist advice will also be provided.
Applications for participation in the electronic auction are accepted until February 26, 2026.
