The service provides additional account protection for Public Services
How it works:
A trusted contact is the person to whom the user assigns password recovery in an emergency. A text message with a code will be sent to his phone. When a trusted contact makes sure that the user is not under the influence of fraudsters, they will enter a confirmation code on Public Services, and the account owner will receive a temporary password to restore access.
Requirements for a trusted contact:
- age – from 18 years old - citizenship of the Russian Federation- verified account on Public Services - in your personal account – passport details and current phone number.
How to connect a trusted contact:
- make an appointment with the person in advance and warn them that they will receive an invitation - go to personal account → Profile → Security → Trusted contactjust "Add"- specify the details of the trusted contact:Name – as in the passport number of the phone on Public Services- send an invitation.
