Mandatory application of a digital contract with a single supplier
We remind you that starting in 2025, the use of a digital contract is mandatory when concluding contracts with a single supplier on the grounds provided for in paragraphs 2, 6, 6.1, 11, 12, 54 and 55 of part 1 of Article 93 of Law No. 44-FZ.
Please note that it is not possible to generate information about a contract with a single supplier in the register of contracts for the above items without concluding a contract using the Unified Information System (on paper).
In addition, when concluding such contracts, the mandatory use of electronic supplementary agreements is provided.
For the remaining reasons, Part 1 of Article 93 of Law No. 44-FZ (with the exception of paragraphs 4, 5, 23, 42, 44 and 46 of part 1 of Article 93 of Law No. 44-FZ), the functionality of a digital contract is available as a right.
