Public procurement: the list of goods for which the criteria of origin established for the CIS are applied has increased

The list of goods has been adjusted, the country of origin of which is determined for public procurement purposes according to the rules in force in the CIS.

In particular, a new section is included - pharmaceutical products. There are also test strips for glucose meters, needles and tubes for blood collection, breast exoprostheses, and operating lights.

The decision comes into force 10 days after publication and applies to legal relations that have arisen since January 1, 2026.
