We have prepared a memo on the formation of the report
Dear customers! The RT State Procurement Committee has developed a detailed memo that will help you correctly generate a report on the volume of purchases of Russian goods, works and services for 2025.
We remind you that according to Part 6 of Article 14 of Federal Law No. 44-FZ, all customers are required to compile and post this report in the Unified Information System by February 1 of the year following the reporting year.
Since February 1, 2026 falls on a day off, the report must be posted by January 30, 2026 inclusive.
When preparing the report, you should follow the Regulations approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated December 23, 2024 No. 1875, as well as the explanations of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in letter No. 24-06-09/200 dated January 12, 2026.
