Today, at the weekly meeting of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, preliminary results of procurement activities for 11 months of the current year were summed up. According to the committee, in January-November 2025, almost 55 thousand contracts worth more than 260 billion rubles were signed in the republic, while budget savings amounted to 5.28 billion rubles.
Regional customers provided budget savings in the amount of 3.89 billion rubles, which accounted for 1.93% of their total purchases. In particular, the state authorities and state-owned institutions of the republic demonstrated efficiency, saving 2.42 billion rubles (2.53%).
Municipal customers also showed high results, achieving savings of 1.38 billion rubles, which accounted for 5.31% of their purchases. Local governments and municipal government institutions have provided savings of 980 million rubles (6.55%).
"The achieved savings of 5.28 billion rubles is not just a figure. These are real funds that will be used to address the priorities of the socio-economic development of our republic. High savings rates indicate the effectiveness of the public procurement system in Tatarstan and the responsible approach of all participants in the process," commented Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The largest notice was posted by the Main Investment and Construction Department of the Republic of Tatarstan for construction and installation works worth 3.42 billion rubles. 34,372 contracts worth more than 41.31 billion rubles were signed with small and medium-sized businesses.
