How to calculate the price correctly when purchasing motor fuel in accordance with 44-FZ: recommendations of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia

When purchasing motor fuel, customers are required to calculate the initial (maximum) contract price (NMCC) and the initial unit price, taking into account current market prices. The calculation procedure is established by order of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia.

To provide methodological assistance to customers, the FAS of Russia has prepared a special training video, which contains detailed explanations on the main issues of pricing when purchasing fuel.
