For participants of the second stream of the educational program "Buyer. New Generation" has completed an intensive full-time course. The final day was full of practical knowledge that will help future specialists to work confidently in the field of public procurement.
What did you learn on the last day of the program?:
44-FZ contract — students got acquainted with standard contracts, criteria for their selection, studied the concept of a digital contract and analyzed the essential terms of the contract.
The formation of a protocol of disagreement — Milyausha Nigmatova, a representative of the Contract execution department of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke about this important aspect of the work.
Claim work within the framework of contract execution — Aidar Gainullin, a leading specialist of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, shared his practical experience in solving complex situations during contract execution.
Work in the electronic document management system (EDMS) and machine—readable documents (MCHD) - modern digital tools were presented by Marat Gayanov, Deputy Head of the Centralized Procurement Department.
Now the participants will have to prepare creative projects, which they will defend at the final round table on November 21. This will be the final stage of the educational program, where students will be able to demonstrate their knowledge and skills.
