How can the customer form a request for the inclusion of information in the register of unscrupulous suppliers upon termination of the contract due to a significant violation of the terms of the contract by the supplier?
To form a request for the inclusion of information in the register of unscrupulous suppliers, it is necessary:
- in the contract registry, on the "Execution" or "Execution terminated" tab, find the necessary registry entry (to display the "Execution terminated" tab, you need to put the appropriate sign in the registry search parameters)
- select "Documents" in the context menu of the contract
- in the section "Information on the execution (termination) of the contract", select "Inclusion of the supplier in the RNP" and proceed to the formation of information
Please note that for contracts with the "Execution" status, the functionality is available if the information about the termination of the contract is in the "Sent for control" or "Accepted for control" statuses.
