On the confirmation of the production of telecommunication equipment
Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1030 dated 07/08/2025 has been published, which amends:
- Requirements for industrial products for the purpose of classifying them as Russian industrial products, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 719 dated 17.07.2015.
- Rules for the Formation and Maintenance of the Unified Register of Russian Radioelectronic Products, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 878 dated 10.07.2019.
The Resolution supplements the list of industrial products and their scoring system in the section "IX. Radio electronics products" According to the requirements of Resolution No. 719 with items related to telecommunications equipment.
In addition, it provides for the transfer of information on products included in the unified register of Russian radioelectronic products in accordance with the Rules of Resolution No. 878 to the register of Russian industrial products provided for in Article 17.1 of Law No. 488-FZ "On Industrial Policy in the Russian Federation."
The decisions previously taken by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation on assigning telecommunications equipment the status of Russian-made telecommunications equipment and including such equipment in the unified register of Russian radioelectronic products are valid until the expiration of their validity period.
The Resolution comes into force after one month from the date of its official publication, with the exception of certain provisions.
