It has been simplified for government customers to submit notifications about the absence of goods in the registry
Now notifications about the absence of purchased products in the register of Russian industrial products can be sent electronically through the GIS portal.: https://gisp.gov.ru/bpm/service/pp1875notif
Previously, such documents were submitted exclusively in paper format to the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade. Thanks to the digitalization of the process and the joint work of the ministry with the Russian Foundation for Technological Development, registration has become more convenient and faster: notifications are processed promptly, and documents are generated automatically.
Recall that the obligation to submit such notifications is provided for in paragraph 7a of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated December 23, 2024 No. 1875 when making purchases under 44-FZ.
The changes are designed to reduce the administrative burden on customers and increase the transparency of procedures.
