44-FZ and 223-FZ course for suppliers
From July 23 to July 25, 2025, the Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan JSC will organize a full-time course on federal laws No. 44-FZ and No. 223-FZ.
The course will address the following issues:
- The main principles of regulatory regulation in 44-FZ and 223-FZ
- Advantages and pitfalls of 44-FZ and 223-FZ
- How to search and analyze purchases, prepare applications for participation, conclude contracts
- Participation in procurement with prohibitions, restrictions and advantages. What documents are included in the application?
- How to sign a contract in 4 days: advantages and risks
- How to submit an application in a structured form
The training program is rich: the course includes lectures, practical exercises, case analysis, answers to questions, a set of methodological materials, an updated program with even more practice-oriented and useful information.
Participants will also appreciate comfortable classrooms with modern equipment, coffee breaks and delicious lunches during class breaks. Upon completion, certificates of the established sample are issued!
