The Ministry of Finance has expanded the list of banks for independent guarantees under 44-FZ
The Russian Ministry of Finance has published an updated list of banks that comply with the requirements of paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Article 45 of Law No. 44-FZ and can issue independent guarantees under government contracts. The new list includes JSC Technobank from the Republic of Belarus.
Now the number of banks authorized to issue guarantees to secure applications, fulfill contracts and guarantee obligations in the framework of public procurement has reached 207.
The addition of foreign credit institutions from the EAEU countries expands the possibilities of suppliers when choosing financial instruments for participation in procurement and indicates a gradual strengthening of integration into the single economic space.
