The Ministry of Finance clarified the procedure for monitoring treasury support operations

The Russian Ministry of Finance has changed the rules for authorizing transactions with funds of treasury support participants. The relevant order amends the previously approved procedure (Order No. 214n dated 12/17/2021). Now, participants in treasury support are required to provide additional information to the territorial bodies of the Federal Treasury if the contract did not initially provide for treasury support, but such conditions were established already in the process of its execution. We are talking about information about the amounts of cash payments or advance payments made from the moment of signing the contract to the date of opening a personal account. For this purpose, the recommended form has been approved — Appendix No. 15 to the Procedure. Most of the changes will take effect 10 days after the official publication of the order, with the exception of certain provisions.
